Within your account please use the serial number from our invoice for activation (Bitdefender calls this 'Activation code').
Simple: In your account just go to Subscriptions and click on 'Add activation code' (upper right).

For some products we provide an executable EXE file for installation. Download this and install your product.
For some products a direct download from the manufacturer is not possible. In such case you can create a free account with the manufacturer's online service,
log in there, add / register / activate the serial number * and then
download the software from this account.

* Some suppliers also refer to the serial number as a license number, activation key, sales number or license code, etc.
Shippment of both, digital goods and goods are possible only within the EU and Switzerland. We charge no charges for transportation, neither for digital goods nor for goods. All deliveries within the EU and to Switzerland are thus free of shipping costs.
Delivery of downloadable goods / digital content:
For digital goods / content no shipping costs are being charged.
Offered digital goods (e.g. product keys in the form of Medialess Licence Key - MLK) are in general transferred electronically combined with download links for Software, user's manuals, and the End-user license agreements.
The corresponding software, which is necessary for installation is being offered free of charge in ESD-Form (Electronic Software Distribution).
The installation packages of the corresponding software might be hosted and provided as a download by the software manufacturing company themselves.
Downloadable goods are being sent to your customer account as a computer file or download link (file format as specified in the product description) within 12 hours after having received your order and your payment in advance (after your payment order is issued).
You can download downloadable goods via the hyper link provided in your invoice. The e-mail containing your invoice with the your personal download login is being dispatched within 12 hours after having received your payment in advance (after your payment order is issued).
Additionally, you are being informed about the provision of the invoice by e-mail.
An invoice will also be sent by mail if so explicitly stated in the item's description. In this case mail will be sent within a few days.
Shippment of goods:
The time of delivery of goods within Germany takes place according to the terms of delivery, specified in the corresponding product description and after having received your order. In case of the destination of shipment being within in the EU or Switzerland and outside of Germany, the delivery will take place within 5 - 14 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please be aware that no deliveries will take place on Sundays, Saturdays or on holidays.
When ordering goods with varying delivery periods the goods are dispatched in a single shipment, as long as no different agreement was reached in advance. In the above case, the delivery period for the whole shipment is determined by the ordered goods with the longest delivery period.
